Nothing here is advice
The material on this site — including articles, practice pages and commentary on tax, audit and regulatory developments — is general information. It is not audit, tax, accounting, legal or investment advice, and no engagement or duty of care arises from reading it or from submitting a form.
Tax law and reporting requirements in the Maldives change. An article is accurate as at its publication date and we do not undertake to update it. Do not act on anything here without advice on your own facts.
Accuracy
We take care over what we publish, but we do not warrant that the site is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on it.
Our content
The text, articles, logo and design of this site belong to CST Advisory LLP. You may read, print and share them for your own reference, with attribution. You may not republish them commercially, or present them as your own, without our written permission.
The CST Advisory mark may not be reproduced, recoloured or altered.
Links out
Where we link to another site — a regulator, a standard-setter, a news source — we do not control it and are not responsible for its content.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or extract data from it by automated means. Submitting false information through our forms, or using them to send unsolicited material, is not permitted.
